Does anyone have the answer to what works as a replacement side stand on the RSV. We need 2 answers. Pre 04 older slower shape 04 onwards faster newer shape. There is a load of ifs and buts, and maybes and probably's on the forum at the moment but all the users need to know what we can bolt...

got me one of these at the BMF show at the weekend for £85 and am pleased with it. very easy to use and good for working on the bike or cleaning it etc. also handy for parking my bike in a garage with space is limited :thumbup...

First really good blast of the year, grounded out the sidestand twice.. which was as a bit odd because i wasnt really hanging one on... When i stopped.. i flicked down the stand and swung my leg ... lowering the bike onto the stand as usual, it just kept going.. caught me off balance... next...

Just stripped the sidestand switch and what a load of :jack I have just 2mm of raised plastic to turn the switch....................I can see trouble ahead. hopefully not when im going up the motorway towards the Isle of man!!! So can I bypass it and is it an easy mod.?? Cheers Lads Tim
