alrite lads, got a fireblade sidestand coming in this week from a 2006/7. It definitely fits gen1 and i think gen2 and helps with stability issues with the standard crap. Want £55 posted for it, pm me if interested

I've read that a Honda Blackbird stand fits the Tuono (2nd gen) but needs a hole drilling to fit. That's not a problem as they seem to go for a lot cheaper than the Fireblade ones. Can anyone confirm this ? Thanks, Nick

Hi guys After having the bike 5 mins i'm sure in saying that i'm unhappy with the side stand. I hav read the threads about Fireblade stands etc. Does anyone have a longer or modded side stand which would be a straight swap for my Gen 2? Cheers

Any chance of taking a measurement from the base to the centre of the bit that goes through the swing arm? Just trying to make summat similar for the weekend so I can swap my suspension link back to the original. Cheers Jase

Hia guys, I just purchased an 03 Mille. It's got the standard sidestand on it, and I'm keenly aware of the fact that it does not lean much. Not very comfortable with that, so what can I replace it with.... I know this has probably been asked before, but I don't know exactly what I'm looking for...

I've been using my old zx6r abba spigots which are too small (but do the job, sort of!...) and don't want to spend £38.24 :eek: for the correct ones (Demon Tweeks inc P&P to France), so if anyone has an old set (or has a lathe!) I'd be interested....

Hi all, Does anyone here use a headstock stand on the RSV? I have an 06 RSV1000R and was wondering what the pin size is and which stands people have experience of, these folding ones look quite obstructive. I have a Harris rear stand so know they're good. Cheers in advance for any info offered.
