Gonna fit my new pipes this weekend and wondered if i needed to change the ecu setting? And if so how please?
My bike is an 06 rsvr with standard cans at the moment and I will be fitting titanium akrapovic pipes.
I read somewhere that on the 06 bikes there is no need but thought it...

i'm in the process of changing mine (2000 Mille R) due to removing an alarm and not trusting an italian bike electrics at the best of times, nevermind with several wires resoldered and heatshrinked.
any tips on the best way and where to thread it all through? :thumbup

hi guys finaly got the weather to do the change today. do i need to take the rubber cusions off the original sprocket and fit to the new?

I dislike my colour on my dash so much that I stripped it all down the other day.
What I found was that the central display was easily changed via a different coloured bulb. Changed mine to blue by fitting a blue LED bulb.
The LCD displays however are a different matter, the orange glow on...
As above, mine is Silver and has a matt black rear end, but has no graphics on the rear, other than the small red/silver stripe along over the lock for the rear seat.
I am getting the nose cone sprayed over the winter sometime to get some scratches removed and have toyed with having the seat...
Alright lads, going to change the sprocket in a bit before I go for a ride today.
Do I need the bellypan off and what secures the sprocket - a large nut I asssume? Anyone know what size so I can check my sockets?

Hello, if i reading this right, when you change the gearing on a rsv mille, it will not effect your speedo, or mileage readings? at all?
because all Jap bikes have a crank speed sensor that counted by the front drive sprockets!
Looking through the Oil change procedure it looks as if they advise you pull the feed pipes of the canister and clean out a small metal filter but dont RE use the original Clicky Locky things.
It says every two changes do the above so Do You ? and if you do what do you use in place of these...
Well now im just getting used to my new job ive decided to commute to work on the bike again :) cant stand the trains anymore.
And the T just aint suitable :( (i dont really want to fcuk it up and it drinks like a fish :( )
