1st mine wasnt plug in properly @ the lever end... so the little pushrod wasnt being pushed in... so adjusted it... didnt change anything !! :dunno

when fitting my switchgear... i noticed the big connector for it (circled) was also disconnected... so thought... ahhhhhhhhhhh... plug it together... & ... ... ... nothing different !? :confused

im confused... whats it do !? :biggrin

ideally id like to be able to start the bike in gear if i was to stall it @ a junction or something when the clutch lever is pulled in... rather than doing the riverdance on the gear lever to get it in neutral whilst chaos descends around me !! :biggrin

no idea what the 'safety switch' does but i can start mine rolling along in gear with the clutch in, i thought the only time you couldnt is when the stand is down :confused

it stops you putting bike in gear without clutch pulled in or starting bike in gear unless clutch pulled in.

cuts ignition if you try.
