I'm a total soft **** in this weather. Getting too old for the cold weather, and a bit of a lazy git when it comes to cleaning the bike, so once the its cold & the salt is down, my T is in the garage.

jus back from 150 mile ride. waited till frost melted but it stayed in the shadows all day round the mourne mountains...fekkin shame as all the good roads were unusually free of traffic...few hairy moments but still a beautiful day.
still..there were loads of bikes about and the banter was good.

Fuuuuuuuck... Funny I should see this thread on the morning that there is some of that white **** on the ground underneath my window. Glad I went for a long ride last night. Long ****** day at work.

Jist back from florida 89*f every day fir a fortnight. Effin brill yae may think, no no no and somemore nae effin more. Glsgow this moring wis clear, sunny but far from 89+F. You are so lucky to live were you do and have the space that you have iff you whont it;) , it costs me a small fourtune to get out your way to go snowbourding , I snow a pian wen you got to get to werk in it , but weekends its there to be exsplioted  Skying ,snowmobileing dog trecking . its all there for you , you have the best of both worlds sommer and winter ;).

Problem being is when one is a complete bike freak, then all the winter sports hold no interest. That being said, anyone wants to come out, I'll help organize a ski trip and go on it wi' you. Three ski hills with world class runs within a three hr drive.

Yes, it's still around 85f here in Florida and the riding is just getting good. I'm looking forward to the next five or so months of good riding weather. Enough of those days 90f + and over 60% humidity soaked with sweat just thinking about putting on gear to go riding.

yeah, not to bad in sydenee, hit 27c saturday morning, went for a quick blast, then it pissed down all week end but still getting around in shorts

No gritters out in the Midlands yet so hopefully got another 2 or 3 weeks left to get a few rides in. At least I can have some time to give the T a good clean and polish and apply some protection the the hidden bits ready for next year.

mair salt oan the roads roond here thin oan Ian Beales chippy flair!

Too right Jock min, wiz oot at weekend roond Keith Portsoy Banff roads n the amount o mud aroond aboot the gates tae fields wiz a nightmare.

We don't have to worry aboot salt here... Just gravel. Makes for some ***** riding in the corners come spring.
