When you're not riding, what are your hobbies?

Too many hobbies to count, but a few of my faves are surfing, building wooden surfboards, snowboarding, mountain biking, my jack Russell, and making daft pointless stuff in the shed. The most satisfying stuff is family though, my son's music, spending my Sundays with the missus going out walking hills etc. life's grand!

I spray custom helmets for my mates when it's too cold/wet to ride.

Currently doing a Marco Simoncelli replica.

That looks fab!
I almost bought the AGV MS rep a year or two back but I just couldn't get on with how it felt. I did wonder about getting my then arai painted instead.
Ended up getting a Shark glow2 I stead.

Hobbies wise, I enjoy snowboarding although this years trip was canceled due to the arrival of this little fella...

Claude, Totally brilliant, congratulations. Mine's 19 now and snowboards way better than I do, but it's a blast getting to do stuff like that together, nowt beats it.

,

Well when I'm not away with work I run a Kart circuit and if I get the time I go shooting, ride enduro, play airsoft and care for my disabled wife and 3 kids. Tbh it sounds mental but its really quite easy when you put your mind to it. :dowhat

Busy man! Where is the kart circuit? Forum meet on the cards??

Always wanted to do airsoft.. what sort of kit do you use?

W00dzy its at RAF Odiham mate and a Kart session would be fine, we will definitely have to sort that out. As for airsoft I just piss around at it, I dont take it seriously. Kit wise I wear my issue gear and my gun is an M4A1 assault rifle quite modded with lazer dot, red dot sight etc. Its just another toy to tune up lol.

Cool not to far from me then.. what sort of circuit is it and what are the prices like? Has it got a website?

I used to have bb fights with my mates in the local woods and down the park when I was younger.. would probably get shot by the police these days haha

Sounds like a sorted rifle mate. The bb snipers look interesting.

Its an outdoor circuit quite technical but not that hard. Price wise I could sort it for £17 per head for an hours group session, that's as cheap as I could do it. Airsoft is quite big around here there's some good places down towards pompey as well. The sniper rifle bbs are bloody powerful if you get a good one, but they are bolt action so quiet slow if you get caught out.

I've quite many hobbies, sometimes I play bassquitar ( just to amuse myself), sometimes I'm fixing one of my 7 bicycles, naturally Factory need attention also but the most liking I'm on my way keeping my condition in quite high level while I'm up to race an Ironman coming autumn too. I was not interested about sports before 16 or something like that so it's been a quite 'suprsie' to my old fellow's that I'm currently 4 X Ironman finisher.
