yeah it is nitorgen......and its packed in there at around 120psi according to HM Racing (the guys that set up my suspension today). You can try pumping air into it...but it will fuc ya pump up and make the back end of ya bike as soggy as a rich-tea in a hot coffee.......leave it well alone.
