Res caps normaley leek wen the fluid hasent been wiped out from the inside of the cap and the fluid that gets pushed up into the top of the rubber that seets in the top of the cap , keep it dry and they dont push eny Fluid out wen under presher , Dealers mech's are the worlds werst for this the lazy fuckers they never clean cap and rubber wen topping up fluid or doing a chaing , its just presher pushing it out from under the cap wen the fluid heats up , iff you left it for while till it stoped weeping , it woodent leek after while , the obveuse wood be caps not done up tight enuff .
evry time I take one of my Res caps off , I allways cleen with Brake cleaner,cap and rubber then dry off with kichen towl ,fit them back on, and they never leek
Resevwurs are opake to brake up UV , Strechy sock things on the resirvwurs must corse some sort of Insirlacion , so not alowing fluid to kool under hard brakeing , like on track days they will stop air flow arownd the resirvwur and the flud mite cook up becose of them , cach 22 .
Nuthing fallen off mine yet ,but my dealer dose lock tight evry thing that he knoes is prone to comeing undone on pdi . Will be glsd wen worrenty is over then I can tair it down then check it and locktight it all over .
