Welsh Rideout Sat 30th July

Jealousy gets you nowhere matey...:)

In trickys pub on 2nd pint. Lots of miles on great roads ******* nackered. As per usual I messed up a left hand bend apart from that all safe & sound. Zippy has gone home, me Roly & ash about to have some grub. Tricky working in the kitchen :thumbup

Feel a few pints coming on, not sure how much extra riding will be done tomorrow!

Glad u had a good day guys. What was the weather like? I've had a few snifters this afternoon in the house while watching the racing. Gonna cook us a rib eye with onions, chips and a brace of eggs to boot when get little ones off to sleep

jealous am I ... but deligted for the guys that made the run and more so fpr those who made it to Trickys boozer.

So our paths did cross then. Headed back down south from Blaneau I passed a guy on a black T coming the other way shortly followed by about 5 other riders several on T's one being a red gen 1 ridden by a guy with short arms & a fookin large head. Was either you lot or an uncanny amount of T's were out yesterday. I was coming the opposite way in a group of 4 headed by a KTM Adventure at the time.

Glad you all had fun, kept it rubber side up & finished it off nicely at the pub. Have fun today!

The guy on the red one with the uncanny short arms and large head. Can't think who that'd be. Any idea Stix

No idea?

Just got back flipping nackered. No fun riding 200 miles with a hangover. Took until about 2:30 this afternoon before I even felt human.

Great roads though - cheers again Micky :thumbup

For those of you going on August do you will not be disappointed. Top tip though go to bed when everybody else does and don't attack the red wine!!

Glad you got back safe and sound, once again Tricky, thanks for the lead and the hospitality.

It took over an hour to clean the insect mess off my leathers when I got home.
I can do the roll ups as well, bloody good run out, no rain to speak of.

Nice one boys. The BorderFuds on tour looks o'reet to me :thumbup
Hey Ash, do you do the little 'get yer duds oot yer arse trick' when you set off like the Fudmeister ???

Ta tricky for showing me some new roads to play on if I can find them again the ones from bala and back to the A5
Was nice to meet ash for the first time and the others again tricky, stix and roly (tuono-hag)

Did about 320 miles on sat just starting to get a use to my new suspension set-up done at griff's, How you getting on with yours tricky and hows your rear sets

PS We missed you Bay :no

Glad you all enjoyed yourselves & got back home safely. Sorry couldn't organise a bit more sunshine to appreciate the scenery a bit better. Mind you I think Blaunnau Ffestiniog is always grey & overcast.

Clocked up 750 miles on the T last week, so have seen a bit of the Welsh coutryside. Verdict very hilly with lots of sheep.

Look forward to meeting again on the 20th who ever turns up. maybe get into Snowdonia a bit deeper if we can keep off the grogg.

Rear sets still in the Ruck sack. Escorted the boys down to Builth so had a bit of a treck home. Got overtaken on one of those tight left handers dropping into Newtown by a Chick on a SV thou, so still a bit nervvy with the new suspension set up, I seem to be over steering dropping into bends, then adjusting my line to compensate. Think I'd like a stiffer headstock. maybe an adjustable steering dampers what I require.
