I'll be coming for the day but probably not the stop over. Have been trying to sort out a property rental and hoped to have started moving today but no luck with getting a key to get on with things. I'll cancel the room anyway and if somebody else wants it I suggest booking it direct with the Black Lion.
Well guys I've just checked the long term weather forecast for this ride on the 7th and theres a slight risk of light rain on the Saturday. On the Sunday theres a slight risk of rain in between sunny periods. This is the long term weather forecast and as we all kn ow they can't predict tomorrow let along over a week away.
Whats peoples thoughts if its raining. Still come for the night out but drive or catch train?

Just tried mine out yesterday. Great picture quality, not shakey on mirror stem mounting, would have helped to have had the lens rotated to the correct angle as filmed everything upside down & can't work out whether I can rotate it. Computer didn't like being turned upside down to view the video. Bit dissapointed Camera battery only lasted 1/2 hr so missed me nearly spilling it. came around a right hander with adverse camber. slid back end on loose gravel, lifted bike then nearly ended up going straight on through a gateway into the river. Good jub there was nothing coming the other way. Anyhow have got a power socket close by to keep the battery powered up.
had to put the baffle back in my exhaust last night to get a bit of back pressure. It was tuned with a baffle in as opposed to out. Sounds a lot better in my opinion as well. Was a tad too loud when I was riding around Abergavenny the other night with it out. Didn't seem to run as good either.
Supposed to be nice this Sunday Stix as well. Will do the route we're gonna do next week (weather permitting)

Why not. Just had notification from Agents that I can get a key today & start moving a few bits & pieces today & tomorrow will be in credit for a bike day on Sunday. Crossgates perfect. knowing you guys it won'y be too erly which suits me fine. Not getting dark now until gone 8.00 so plenty of time to play. Can give the video camera anothyer trial run.
I'll probably roll up to Brecon about 1.15 and see Stix's smiling face (breathing fire cos I'm late again). I haven't told him I do it just to pi$$ him off and really I ride around Brecon a few times and have a coffee before going to meeting point
See thats an aggressive reply. You're not allowed to use dirty tactics like pointing up like that. Plus you aren't allowed to use Karate either cos u've mentioned you're a 10th Dan enough times.

No doubt ****** will respond sometime this evening to let me know whether he's up for it. I suggest we meet you in Brecon because 1.15 is late even by my standard. ****** will be at mine by 10.30 chomping at the bit and we'll easily be there by then. Just need to plan a route to extend the journey. I'm off down to llanelli now so no doubt won't be back until much later on. Will check in when I get home to get an update & to see what ****** is up to.
