Metzeler M7rt

Fantastic grip edge to edge wet or dry.
Heat up very quickly.
3k from a rear

I'm on my second set and live them

I've been using Angel ST's for a few years now and get on great with them. Probably will try the M7rr next time though

Ones that are black n round :thumbup

Pirelli corsa for me but sportsmarts are bloody good

Love Dun, Sportsmarts, and the new mk2 front is even better, it's said 77rr or whatever are as good

I've had to order a new rear Angel ST, only going to get 2500 miles out of this one. On the plus side, plenty left in the front

you know why tere ****** at 2500 dont you:crazy
you aint pushing hard enough ooot the corners ..:thumbup.....secret is hammer out of corners and dont rev it up on the straights that way they dont go balled in the middle..:lol

The tyre isnae squared off mucker and nae chicken strips either, might be the very occasional wheelie or a different tyre

Diablo Rosso Corsa's, great grip and make the twin a lot more agile due to the profile

Call me an old dinosaur but I always use Pilot Power 2CT's, swear by them and I'm reluctant to try owt else.. the T was fitted with Pilot Road 3's when I got it and I hated them

Hey Fugly and Shotgun. What size rear are you running? I have a Mk 1 Factory currently running a 180 rear as was on there when I bought it a few months back. Would like to get the Corsa's on her but unsure of size? 180 or 190? Cheers.

Tyres... hmmmm.

Buy what you like.

Confidence wins every time.

Be honest with ya self.

T30's are easily enough for me.

:)

agree.
the narrower front profile is the mutts.
turns with much less effort.
I emailed Rossi earlier...and he's taken my advice, and started running a narrower front too....

The Gen 2 is homologated for either 180/55 or 190/50, I have a 190 on at present but it just rubbed the chain on the very edge so will probably be a 180 next time, which is now as I had to plug it :bawling
