£210 fitted. Not bad I reckon.

I had them on my Fazer and while they aren't the sexiest the grip is consistantly good in the wet and dry and they wear well. Mind you I am looking forward to something sticky and short lasting in the summer ... and the tyres as well :D

scrubbing should be complete by the end of tonights take the long route home journey. strips are respectable enough given the weather at the moment!

I fitted a pair of Avon Storm STs to my Z750 last summer and they've been excellent. If anyone is looking for do everything tyres I'd heartily recommend the Storms.

I'm torn between Corsa III's and Diablo's for my next set, anything has to be better than the old squared off bridgestone's it has the moment.

geting new set on sat
gone for continental sport attack 180 on the back
anybody used the sportattacks tyres before

Using Michelin 2CTs, work good all round, ok on track if you don't push too hard...take the Dunslop and do burnouts :D

I wouldn't go for supercorsa pro's as a road tyre again.

Not split like Badgers but they were gone in 1500 miles :roll

Last time i had Dunlops they did this to me in 300 miles, 208:pirate:pirate's

never used them since

De-laminated according to a Dunlop boffin.......hmmmmmmmmmmm, nice:angry

I hope you took them back to the fitting shop and got a refund!!

F*** me I've seen a remold tyre do that but not a decent brand.

Think i'm gonna go for either some 2CT's next or back to my Bridgestones which I prefered before.

I Ride all year and every day so can't face 3000 or less miles from a sports tyre. I just fitted a set of the new BT-021's and the chicken strips were gone in a day. Great tyres will lean right to the edge and very good in the wet. Higly recommended. Don't know about milage but i'm hoping for 5000 or so.

A decent bit cheaper than 2CT's too. One is sports one is touring though so not str8 comparison.

Just fitted some 2CT's on my factory, awesome feel. I've only ridden on Pirelli's before apart from the dunlop ditch finders i had on an old R1. I've tried the Corsa 3's on the '03 R, the 2CT's are much better imo. Can't belive that tyres make so much difference:dunno

I had Diablo Corsa III's on my R1 , briallant for trackdays , pretty good warm up rate , about 15 minutes of riding to get them up to temp, But scary as anything in the damp, would slip and slide at will, However in full wet conditions they were okay.
Got Diablo Corsa's (not III's, but the original Corsa) on the RSV at the moment and the strange thing is that they seem pretty good right from the off and get even better the harder you ride......maybe single compound tyres are better than multicompound ??

Just to be differant I quite fancy a look at those Maxxis SuperMaxx Sport tyres ........

A single compound tyre is far better suited for the circuit than a duel compound IMHO
The duels do ok, but fair chance you will have better lap times on a good single compound tyre running at correct pressures & a few less ring puckering moments. :D
