Suspension set up....help needed

Hi Everybody, could i ask for help & advice please? got the mille about 4 weeks ago & love it! (after a lot of years on jap inline fours) my mate who owned a mille for a lot of years said the suspension is set up wrong? also she's like a bag of nails in slow traffic is there anything that can be done about this?
also anybody know of anybody selling seat plastics ideally in black..

Welcome to the RSV zone :)

Griff's Suspension Guide is great for getting it all setup right! definately worth the read

not sure exactly what you mean about slow traffic stuff, probably talking about needing to molest the clutch so you dont go too fast or stall - in which case you want to look at changing the sprockets out for different teeth ratios, others have said getting the engine tuned perfectly also helps the snatchy feeling but i have yet to go that route myself - sprocket change sorted it for me :D (i went with 15-44 in the end)

16 - 44 sprockets make a huge difference, as does having the throttle bodies set-up correctly ;)

15 - 44 if you like to see clouds alot LOL

Could i be a pain and also ask for the file too im a newbie with the rsv set up and its rather exhausting finding the best set up..??

Evening. It seems I'm not alone after all !. Have handling problems with my 2004 Aprilia RSV 1000 Factory. I note above that some kind person may have a setup guide. Is there any chance someone could put me in touch with him/her. I need to sort out the handling which may be tyres and may be suspension. Thank You.

hello folks , just joined the forum , would like to get hold of the suspension guide too if someone can help me out , cheers
