Suspension set up....help needed

I doubt that Griff would mind it being attached to a post as he was going to upload it to the file vault anyhow.

I never changed any part of it so all credit goes directly to Griff for this one. If Griff does object to having it posted then I'll get it removed straight away.

I tend to think of anything on the 'net as free :doug not used to thinking about irritants like copyright etc. :pirate

I think Griff's OK with sharing this stuff with us guys on here as he knows if we need a service or part, we'll give him first shot at it.

I'm in dire need of having my TB's set up and could quite easily go to my local Aprilia dealer but I'd much rather give Griff the business. Hence me holding out until I can get a day off to get up to Tamworth and get the bike fettled by the master.

Where are your folks in mid wales? Used to spend time in Welshpool when the wife's family were there, some nice roads thereabouts.

I'm a relatively new newbie and would love more info on the suspension set up. I'm currently still running in my 08 RSVR so not wound up the suspension yet!!!!! but soon!

I think I will need a tweek or 2 as I'm not an 8 stone Italian demi-god.... more like 95Kg of brute force and ignorance!!!

I would be really grateful for a copy of Griffs info (couldn't get the link to work! probably coz i'm a biff) pm to

Griff if can you let me know when your next coming though wiltshire as I need your help/advice on my suspension setup, I havent got a clue and if I play with it will be even worse that it is now :lol

I know A303 was after the suspension workshop, dont know if I've missed it or not
Happy to travel a bit to get the info.

Yup found it, about 90 odd miles from me and right near the Newtown to Builth Wells road too.

From what I can remember of it that is a nice road :thumbup

When are you likely be around Wales then ? Would like an expert opinion on my £1750 worth.

Would love a copy too Griff, thanks for the great install of my new sprag by the way.. Darren (Cheltenham) starts every day now..
i have just managed to set my sag at 35mm from 25mm, what a difference that made on the forks.. but would love to read up to make sure i have it all correct.
