I swapped the stand on my Tuono (it's the same as an RSVR) a few years back after it got blown over....that little incident set me back about £1200 to sort....
I bought a US spec stand, they are longer, thicker, stronger, and they stick out at a different angle to the Euro ones...
The reason the US stands are better, is because to gain type approval, the US stand must support bike, rider AND a passenger. There's no way a Euro one could take that sort of weight.
I bought mine off ebay.com (go to the US site, not the UK one) There's plenty about...have a look on the AF1 classifieds also. Anyway, I paid about £75 for mine, once fitted, I slammed the old one on ebay, and got around £40....so total fix was cheap enough I recon.
I can't see the point of fitting a Honda item there's not much differerence in overall costs...and the US ones are available...you just have to look. It's a better fix.
I made the mistake of thinking my bike would never get blown over....one of my most expensive mistakes ever...:yes
