Side stand

Got a 2011 1000 r and need advice on what side stand to put on before mine falls over.
Which one am I looking for and does it bolt straight on or are mods needed. I have access to grinders and mig welder if necessary.

The best option is the US spec side stand but its by far not the cheapest. I have heard of people using the blackbird sidestand with a few mods. I had a fireblade sidestand on my gen 1 RSV changed only the leg.

Where can you get thr usa sidestand from? Whoever designed the european one needs a bullit!

You can always try eBay.com but remember the yanks call it a kick stand. Ive just ordered one for the V4 from http://www.af1racing.com/store/Scripts/default.asp
