As been said I deffo think it could be the caliper piston sticking, give the calipers a good seeing to mate

nice article but it does not advice what to do when the shake is already there. so i have the symptoms no matter how i came to them but no solution. anyway the bike has 35000 km so the replacement of the brake discs is no surprise for me

that's why i mentioned cleaning the pads up as pad transfer can causes this issue .

warped discs would be felt in the lever but as your set on new discs and pads ill leave you to it :thumbup

my discs are at 42000 kms and are fine with 4.8mm left and 5mm right so they do last well.

ive just fitted all new ebc's so ill bed them in carefully over a few miles so i dont get what you seem to have.

good luck and hope you like the new brakes :thumbup

I have the ebc pads as well. Dont feel the shake in the lever. Only the front is shaking

give em a scuff and clean the discs with meths or brake cleaner and bed the pads in again !!

if the bearings are good its likely to be pad transfer and its a cheap fix if that's all that's wrong:thumbup

I dont think it would be the head race bearings as I`v had that. You just get 1 knock as the weights shifts forward and thats it. No shaking.
As been said I would probably go with...

Caliper overhaul, pump out and clean up and grease (red rubber grease if poss) pistons so they can all be pushed back flush easily with your thumb.

Scuff pads with a fine file or paper, clean discs, gently re-bed pads.

Check you wheel bearings and that the spacers are in correctly.

Good luck!

the head bearings were gone so changed them. much better now. also the front wheel needed some hammer to get straight anyway i found this on ebay and seems to be a good price for the package. still considering it as i need to buy new pads and the oe discs are 4,2mm only

btu it is only 6 pins so it might tend to warp. isn't 8 or 9 pins brake rotor better?

thanks for th elink but i dont trust the armstrong coz if you put "armstrong brake discs" you will not find any manufacturer website so maybe they are just some chinese discs labeled in EU as many cases so i will go to OE or Braking or Galfer. has anyone tried af1 racing delivery to EU?
