Now I just need to find a factory going for the same amount of money as the RS.
It seems I'm now open to offers on the RS, good condition, very clean, with JL stainless straightthrough pipes and carbon kevlar cans, carbon hugger, carbon clock surround, black screen.
Included are: original exhausts, original hugger/chain guard, and a full set of top end engine parts: pistons, rings, gaskets, bearings etc, brand new, never been fitted.
I went into the bike showroom today to look at a 749, and nearly took out finance on a 0 miles 848! Either way, it seems I'm going to need some pennies sharpish :thumbup.
I'd rather sell it here than to some chav on ebay who is just going to ruin it.

Recently, I went to the UK £ price: £ 1400 RS and maintained at 5 years, drugs urself time economy on track, the nearly 4-5K may be more worthy to come back.

I need to buy something reasonable.
I went to SMC in sheffield and nearly secured a kidney, both my balls and two thirds of my c**k against a Panigale.
Now there's "not settling for second best" and then there's coming up with 20 grand out of nowhere.
No thanks. Right now, I'd quite love an RSVR.
That said I saw a brand spanker (near enough) RSV4 at SMC also.
I'd have a certain amount of hot *** with the owner (within reason) for a (very) favourable discount.

.Epilogue: I'm now keeping the RS. I spent 12 hours on tuesday stripping it down, immaculately cleaning it, and putting it back together .
I'm looking forward to riding her again, will be good fun.

. I'm still looking forward to booming about on an RSV Factory, but I can't quite bring myself to part with the RS just yet :biggrin.

Don't spend too long fitting them, summer has come to Yorkshire but it might not stay long!

Bike's off the road at the minute so it's currently on the drive in a bajillion bits.
Replacing the crappy rusty bolts with stainless ones, cleaning the gunky road paste (the frame cross-member just in front of the rear shock was caked in a mm or so of it) off the bike, and generally making anything that's dirty, clean again.
It's lovely outside, shame I can't lay down to get under the bike without being attacked by ants though.
