Paul. who do you get your home internet from? is it sky?

just tryed the ping command and it could not find the host ie rsvr,net,and yes it is sky we use

There is a problem with the sky dns servers. they need to fix it or sort out an alternative. It almost certainly affects other sites too. Ring them and tell them. they should be able to get something sorted.
