RSVR.NET have ceased trading!! Anyone else know of a "one stop shop"??

The motorcycle industry has announced that "luxury" bike sales have fallen 30% Globally in the last 6 months and by 50 % in the US alone.

That means there is more pain to come for dealers and manufacturers alike as they all cut inventory and staff.

I heard KTM might be in a little trouble at the weekend.

Griff's site has no online ordering, it's just informational about him and the company more than anything.

I did suggest selling his rearsets etc online but there was much sucking of teeth and chin rubbing at the prospect of money exchanging hands via Paypal etc so it didn't happen.

So what is griffs site name, i might be interested in the rear sets.

you could try rx composites, they used to make carbon parts for rsvr.net 01708688417 they don't have a web site yet as they only used to deal direct with trade customers

Are you all able to order from the US or is it too expensive to ship? You might want to try af1 racing.

Anyone know any more details on this? I've been after some parts now for a while and I've been contacted by someone who says he used to supply all the carbon parts to RSVR.net, but the company name is different it would seem.

Although I agree that the Ebay/Paypal combine is the evil empire that must be destroyed, there are some good people trading on there as it's a cheap and effective sales channel for small businesses - I've dealt with some top people on there.

The big problem for dealers is that we 'need' to make a fair margin to stay in business. With a shop and workshop to run, rent, rates, wages, taxes, we have to make a reasonable profit. The likes of Ebay are killing our trade. Many Ebay sellers are selling out of there back shed or garage and have no overheads so dont need to make high margins. Ebay is not only killing the bike trade but probably most other retail trades as well. Where will you all go for repairs, customer service, help and advice when all the proper shops have gone bust. . . .

Hi, my company supplied RSVR.NET with GPR exhausts. With them gone I would like to offer a discount to memebers of this forum. Can anybody tell me how to go about it? Thanks Arthur Macdonald Moto Legends Distribution Ltd [email protected]
