Right guys, apologies for the delay in getting this sorted, cars blowing up, jobs change and loads of faults with computers and network stuff has caused me a major headache, but this is the logo they have scanned ready for the orders.

Now i personally reckon the bike colour is wrong, so what colour should it be, and i don't like the stitching around the words, so would rather they removed it. what say the majority, feedback is required so i can action this sooner rather than later, as i am going to be very busy and need to get this set up and running so i can still do whilst being away from the area.

Cheers

black and red detailing on the bike or just Yellow.:thumbup:thumbup IMO.

Black or red lettering of the 'RSV ZONE' with the same colour stitching to hide the stitching work.

mate black bike and red detailing and rsv in red and zone in black with same colour stitching ps what you been up to mate and whats new job mate

Bike in black and red with the lettering in red with a solid black embroidered border round the whole patch.

Wouldn't it be cool if we could have the actual bike to match our own bike colours?

Suppose that would cost a lot more and to be honest I think it best to stick to one colour for uniformity.

i agree, the bike should be more red than the orange it looks like here.

I noticed that's the RSV4 (we use a RSV & RSV Factory in the logo). I'm fine with the bike replacement, but the wording "RSVzone" should be larger to keep the proportions of the logo here. I would have liked to have known ahead of time you were going to make alterations to the logo from what I sent you.

Red or black lettering would look good. I agree, drop the border stitching, or have it match whatever color the letters are.

Beanie, I know you've worked hard on this and I really hate to criticise but personally, I think that the bike should be an RSV, not and RSV4. Anyone else any thoughts on that?

Leesrsv - i jumped company cos of loads of changes, then the new company went **** up, but seeing as how i was driver of the year last year at my old company, i managed to get my old job back, so will be staying where i am for the moment, thank fook.

Crashtd - the image they used is supposed to be one of the ones you sent me, they didn't have any other images off me, so i will find out what happened on monday when i go in????????????????????????? I certainly have not changed anything, i would only have used the stuff you supplied, so will get this sorted out one way or another. Andi will get the proportions sorted out as well, i thought it looked different from what you gave me.

Keep the feedback coming guys please :biggrin

If you dont mind me sticking my 2 penneth in.........

Drop the bike and just use the logo, a close block of stitchin like that will pucker up around the edges after a few washes and irons and will look *****, also you pay per stitch so will be cheaper if you drop it, i found that the 3 embroidery companies i used generally did what the fcuk they wanted regardless of what you actually asked for regarding design, colours and delivery dates unless you are on the phone to them and visit them nearly everyday, they are a strange breed of people, the large companies put your stuff at the back of the queue because they want large volume runs and the small companies with a couple of machines cant turn it out quick enough although their work is the better quality

Beanie mate this is one hell of a task you have taken on and wish you well with it :thumbup

If there was to be a bike i agree with A303 i haven't got an RSV4 and dont intend to get one and i wouldn't want one on any thing i was wearing i would want one of a bike i was riding but then i agree with little1 just the RSV Zone logo looks good enough and it would also keep the costs down to a minimum

I agree do away with the bike imo just make the logo bigger on it's own.:eatcorn

All the best and good luck Beanie.:thumbup

Crashtd, they used the image i gave them that i got from you, they had scanned it and had trouble with the bike image, so only used one of the bikes, which apparently looks like the rsv4.

If the guys dont like the bike, then how about just the wording part of it?

Let me know and i can get back to them by the end of the week and get anew sample made up.

Cheers

Been thinking about this today,

How about we go for just the logo "RSV Zone" but in the tricolore colours, for the RSV part?

More feedback as i'm gonna get in there on friday and getting the first set made up!

If the weather carry's on like this, we are all gonna need fleeces in august, Bloody weathermen can't get nothing right, bbq summer my arse!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

that's going to limit the color on the background material, don't you think?

i'm still curious as to how the embroidery came out an RSV4 off of this image:

to this?

When you put them side by side, i can see what you mean.

The company that scan the logo's is a different company from the embroidery shop, but i will ask tomorrow.

As for the logo, i will use just the wording, and will go for a tri-colore on a black T shirt to see how that turns out, and will put a pic up as soon as i have it.

If anyone wants to choose different colours for the logo for different colour items, that shouldn't be a problem, as they said we could custom the colours to suit us.:thumbup
