They will rework your seat and fit a gel pack for comfort. I have emailed them so will let you know what they come back with.

I will look out a wifey that reworked my fazer seat a few years back was really well done, will check emails and get back to you with contact details. She was good because she had seats that they could rework and send out to you. Then you simply sent your old seat back to them cost around £70 iirc.

Nah, I usualy go over Hyde way quite regularly for work so I was trying to kill 2 birds one stone thingy. Not had reason to go so I might go later in the week.
 
theres a small upholstery shop on bag lane atherton, if yer in the area drop off yer seat and tell em what yer want.

not used em for a few years, but they did a good job then.
 
I know where you mean. Go past there loads, never thought. What a nob. I'll call in and see if they can do out.
 
theres sum funny sounding streets in that area...
bag lane.,,,slag lane....flapper fold lane .... the list is endless lol
 
Don't forget Lovers Lane. The others head towards it, Slag , Bag, Flapper :lol
 
Finally dropped the seat off yesterday at Caulfield Leather. Seems like a good place, not flashy and full of *****. Having a new pad fitted and a bit of customizing done. First thing I said was 'am I gonna be pissed off with this after 40 miles like the standard one ?'. He said 'never had a complaint'. Don't doubt the quality of the work, its excellent.

We shall see.

Picking the seat up Thursday, so, weather permitting I'd best go try it out eh .

Since I got told I can go and pick it up I'm dreading it. Reckon I've made a huge mistake with a bit of customising I've had done :rolleyes
 
Wanting to get a sneak preview of your new seat, Nobist, I contacted the dealer today. I don't want to worry you or anything, but you may want to reconsider 'a bit of customising' :lol
