Which style is best?
I can only find one comparison on hear and none anywhere else between the renegade stlye and the new NWR type which screws onto the bottom half of the origional box. In that case the nwr came out on top (sensei)
Anyone else have a comparison or tried the nwr?

Simon.

I asked this the other day on rsvr.net and even asked the makers if they had any dyno graphs.

Ask sense I..he' ll have loads of data and could give you his spec of the bike.

But looks like its down to individuals to take the plunge and try it.

Yeah i thought the website may have a dyno print but only for the rsv4. With only one review i dont realy fancy forking out to try it.

same here mate:confused....just located a renegade base plate so just need to get a filter and I'm sorted for now

LOL if you don't try all then you only know what you have , as far as my bike specs go it is as followed
Head's ported , 57mm throttle body's of 09 Tuono short stacks , my own custom built Falco twin system with SBK - Leo Vince mufflers , 99 intake , German race spec EPROM , full dual separate PCIII maps per cylinder , MWR High Flow top filter kit & internal filter , NGK platinum plugs , slotted cam sprockets ... Most of the time it runs race fuel 110 octane , this with my own tuning can hold its own against a 09 GSXR750R till 185Ks which I believe is very repectable considering the bike now shows 75,000ks on the clocks & how bloody quick a GSXR750 is , plus the 6k of suspension but that another story

Here's one for the clever guys on here........

I started looking at MWR filters as mentioned at the start of the thread, and it (not quite sure how!!) led me to some threads on other (mostly US I think) sites from people who have done DIY airbox mods. It all seems fairly straightforward, I was wondering if anybody over here might have tried it and, if so, how they got on with it.

Any thoughts?
