Rear disc

Think my rear disc is warped, while riding in sainsburys carpark noticed a little binding at the back.... any ideas?

Brake disc cleaner and give it a good squirt and check that the MC resovoir isnt to full as when the fluid gets hot( the pipe is next to the engine) it tends to expand causing binding.
