That's such a shame cause Russ is a really nice guy and all the carbon bits I've had have been perfect.

yeah its a shame really but i can only go with my experience and the unprofessional/immature way in which my correspondence was dealt with .
here are the last emails i got from him .
as agreed here is your refund,in 2 parts as it wont let me refund more than the sale amount.i do supply to other people so be careful what you buy next time maybe if you can and sorry it didnt work out.hopefully you will do the feedback as agreed ,cheers

shame it got so heated but i guess we are all sorted now and its just been a bad one.
ihave another guy who paid £15 for some kawasaki heel plates too and he was jumping up and down and demanding this and that complaining they werent full pre preg autoclaved carbon etc..,they were £15 for gods sake.
anyway you dont need to know that but its just to explain my unusual lack of tolerance.
aprreciated we are both busy and sometimes it gets the better of us all.

ultimately i got my money back eventually after alot of stress and messing .
i did say i wont leave him neg feedback on ebay so i wont as i am a man of my word .
i think maybe russ needs to realise what customers want and not send out faults as most bikers are fussy buggers , the end price on ebay is irrelevant .i might be wrong but it seems the goods are made to the proportional standard of the sale price .
to end i dont want to slate him .we did get heated and imo i was treated badly but i got my money back .he aint done himself any favours which is sad cause as you say he can put out good stuff.
i defo wont use em again but we all know that ,he did try to smooth it over at the end maybe ? bad experience and all that ..i hope russ gets sorted we all need to make a living.
