It aint on tho .............. I really get pissed off with myself when either I get something sub-standard or someone gets something from me and it aint right ...... I remember posting the same thing to Spooky three times before he finally recieved it ............. when Spook's finally got it the logo weren't right for him ....... so was returned and sent out again. Bet the poor bloke was well pissed off with me ........ but ......... we got there in the end :thumbup

I reckon the carbon with a gloss finish will look real good on the Nera .....

Anyhow ..... if you dont like em just return em or we can sort something I'm sure to give the matt finish ......

ok i said i would keep you updated so hear goes.

i emailed him last night see below.

"Dear rsvextra, (rsvextra is rawtech's ebay name)

i got em today right one good left one same a
before so i can only presume you never got to
look at them before posting them?? i think the
only way forward now is a full refund plus 2 sets
of postage = 31.99+3.95 and then a further 2 sets
of 3.95 for returns i will try to call you
tomorrow as i did today but while the phone was
ringing it was turned off ??????

lets just get this sorted without having to get
silly ................. i have had enough trips
to the post office dont you think?"

i dont know what e mail he read but in my mail i state i want a full refund inc postage and the a further 2 sets of postage to cover the returns i have had to send back.

i have sent this'this morning

postage (3 inc the original)i have had to pay it
and a further one to get these back to you ..

are you going to refund me ?

his phone is still switched off ? what sort of business keeps the phone off during business hours ?

Weird! I got an email off the same bloke last night via ebay. To cut a long story short it took a month to see if he could sort me a can hanger out via emails. Doesnt seem too organised tbf.

I can't understand what's happened with Russ at RawTech, his products used to be real good quality and he was always on the ball with communications.

I reckon he must have sacked the secretary and the guy that makes the carbon fibre parts.

Did you pay via Paypal mate?

If yes lodge a complaint now!!!

will it do any good mate ? Am gonna wait to see if he replies tomorrow and then thats it ebay complaint paypal the lot .i will then take the ears to be laquered or somat . Problem is if he replies and says he will refund me but wants them back before refund ,how can i trust him to do it once i have sent them off ?

Tis a tricky one for sure.

How much to lacquer them?

Is it not best to cut your losses and get them lacquered and just put Russ down to a bad experience?

Shame what's happened really cause all my CF stuff has been excellent quality.

its not about the money now its about him trying to take the piss out of me.

£31.99 purchase price

£3.95 postage

£2.66 return postage for faulty goods

£2.66 2nd return postage for the return of the 2nd set of faulty goods

Total refund £41.26 (paid into my paypal account)

I have been more than fair with you in trying to resolve this by trying to contact you by mail and phone which is always switched off .

i paid with paypal , he said he will refund me but when he is ready ,haha wot ever he said he has trouble getting on line with technical issues but keeps replying to mails when i piss him off so thats a lie .

i have contacted ebay and paypal so will follow that up on friday night as that is the dead line i gave him to refund me ...he told me that ebay had told him that he doesn't need to refund me or even supply a replacement as it was an auction and not buy it now even though he has a returns policy ? and the item is described s brand new ...

when i get my refund i will post all his replies on here ,they contain stuff like me being rude and having an attitude etc but as you can see by my mails to him and the quality of his stuff i have said or done nothing out of order .

if he doesn't like the stress of dealing with unsatisfied customers he should take a very close look at his quality control and communications skills . i would have praised him highly if the second set had been what he advertised as i know mistakes happen from time to time..........
