yes its me again!!!! Has anyone set there rsv1000r ohlims suspension up as per the manuals "racing setting"? is this any good? One setting drops the bars to expose four rings on the front adjusters- what does this do? Finally i would of thought this is a dry setting does anyone have a wet setting. I intend to try the race settiing before seeing the suspension guys at the track for fine tweeking so all info would be great. If it helps im around the 11 stone mark-lean and pristine.lol!

I dropped my yokes to show 4 rings when i first got bike, makes the bike turn in quicker and hold a tighter line, set your static sag first, mines about 28mm front, 12mm rear, as far as wet settings you need to make the bike softer, more sag and softer dampening. Remember the first part of your suspension is your tyres, so set your pressures, for the track i run 30f 29r.
