Did these myself about 5 years ago and i still like now ,well after nearly 10 years i just like the whole thing.:biggrin.

just as a rough idea guys a lad at work builds super cool hotrods and he always uses chrome wheels on em - gives em a quick wipe over with wd40 - helps stop stuff sticking and the water marks -
ok mate you go ask him for a price to do it .......... massive costs
as for wd it would take any polish off would'nt it ?

i meant getting wheels chromed sorry thought you meant that wes . but the wd thing dulls the polished ally and removes the polymer coating that maguires all metal polish puts on ............:eatcorn

dont know really dave but they look mirror finish and pristine evertime i see it :dunno
yeah thats cause they chrome mate not polished ally init chrome is miles better and easy to keep nice but bloody expensive to have done .. i would have mine done if i had the cash ..
got a price of £ 2500 in usa for mine so i just keep polishing :eatcorn

but if u use autosol to polish id try ( peek ) its more expensive than autosol, used it on the old blades when they had polished bits on - far recommend it over autosol - doesnt give the black residue like autosol does when polishing
