Don't think your 2001 will fit mate, i spent months chasing one for my 2000 :thumbup
Hi all,
I just bought a 2001-2003 seat from a local shop. It isn't the correct one for the 2000 model (it squares off too much at the front to follow the lines of the seat unit) - but it does actually fit and work. Not perfect, but at least my wife can sit down now (really buggered the handling having her stand all the time like that!!)

Haha i can imagine it would :biggrin
I suppose the looks of it doesn't really matter until she gets off the bike, but glad it fitted and you can both enjoy the bike now :doug
