No worries mate, if its really comfy it wins hands down for me. I have an Arai and that's really comfy too.

I've got an HQ1 carbon, and it's proper draughty and a bit noisy. Keep the Bell.

HJC looks like it's designed for a head that was pulled out backwards by forceps and never quite regained a normal head shape......that or you need a very long chin :nana

The bell is a very tall lid if ya know what i mean and not sure if I like that.

Personally I think the Bell helmets look cool but having looked at one closely i'm not sure the quality is that good compared to say, an Arai.
Can't comment on the HJC but equally looks as good as the Bell.
As others have said, which ever one fits your head shape best is the one to keep.

Reason for buying 2.................... Moment of madness I guess but also got a really good deal. Quality wise with the Bell I would say not as good as the HJC but a whole lot of wonga more for some reason. Maybe paying for the name me thinks! :dunno
