I do get frustrated, especially with mobile phones being used. People need to change the mindset, Just like what was done with drink driving it needs to be made completely unacceptable.
Any of the things mentioned in the petition make a drastic effect on driving capabilities and its obvious when you are riding a bike, drivers don't realise they can be seen driving with erratic speed and odd braking patterns, swerving within lanes with jerky steering input.
The whole driving mindset needs to change. It doesn't help that manufacturers are putting large touchscreens in cars now too, which require the driver to look at it to turn on the heating ect, rather than a small nob with can be found with the fingertips.
