oil filter cover

How come there is no torque settings for the oil filter cover (2006 RSV)? What do you torque them up to?
 
Designation=Oil filter cover
Quantity=2
Screw/Nut=M6x20
Torque(N m)=11
Notes=-

What's a manual? :devious
