Impressed with the improvisions! Didn't realise my box of wood offcuts could come in handy for sorting the Tuono. Will need to hone them up a bit though! :thumbup

Re. Bar ends,

Actually I've been looking for some shorter replacements to tidy my machine and improve access via side gate. But seems Gen1's have additional metal inserts adding extra weight. Does anyone know if lighter (than standard) bar ends cause significant increase in vibration?

Any recommendations for aftermarket units?
- I could always craft some out of mahogany or mahoohoo!
