Update on the fork seals,I dropped the dust caps down the forks and ran a feeler gauge around the `lip`of the seals and whoopie f`in doo..... no more weeping oil :banana .This `fix`was suggested by a spanner man at a triumph stealership near me,so :beerchug to Alan who certainly knows his stuff.

Phew, feeler gauges......... I used a piece of a washing up bottle and shaped it into one of those seal scrapers that are available in some places. Not as lucky as you thou.
Just watched the video with seal mate. Good when it works. I checked the seal lips on the old seals and couldnt find any thing that would make them leak.

Not normal feelers chips :bigsmile,Got some off my brother a couple of years ago that they use in a munitions factory, cant spark. Took my T out for a 90 mile ride and found one seal leaking, allbeit a real tiny amount had to use a tissue to spot it :thumbup

did mine as the vid, and gloins tip, went fer mot today took a 50 mile detour and no leak.... ****** grand result.....
