Well after selling my CBR600 last week, I'm now the official owner of a beautiful YELLOW RSV mille 2000 :thumbup (I love yellow bikes).

Rode it home 120 miles tonight in freezing pissing down rain with motorway clogged from start to finish but who cares I still have the stupidist grin :biggrin. What a fantastic engine, although unable to test it out properly I can tell I'm going to have fun with this beauty :devious It's my first time on a v-twin and can't believe how much I enjoyed it, despite the weather, and it's going to get a well deserved wash and polish tomorrow.

I'd like to take this opportunity to say a MASSIVE thanks to Sharky, who pm'd me with pics and details of his mates bike when he knew I was looking for one. I instantly fell in love with it :love2 and told him I wanted it. It was shipped back over from France where his mate had moved to, and Sharky had it MOT'd today for me for when I got to his place to pick it up. Cheers mate :thumbup

Well I suppose some piccies are required so here she is :love2

Got £200 quid knocked off for the dent in the can but it's not as bad as it looks on the photo and could be repaired fairly easily..I think.

Welcome to the forum, although I've not been here much longer than you have!:biggrin

One of the things that I love about the Aprilia's is the exclucivity of them. Here in the US I rarely "see myself" coming and I like that. A little bit of the rebel in me.:pirate

The yellow is nice. I've never seen one in yellow and it's pretty good looking! Enjoy it, ride hard, and be safe !! :thumbup

As you have probably noticed, this forum is a hoot! It's a shame that everyone is so shy !?!:lol:lol:lol:lol:lol

Well done mate, lovely looking bike bet the engine feels mental after the CBR - abuse the throttle on your new baby and you'll get a very good Starship Enterprise warp speed impression!

Always liked the yellow ones meself, rare and all.

Nice one...pleased you like it, it's a very unusual colour and certainly will turn a few heads..all the best!!
