2007 won't crank or start. When I turn the key on, the fuel pump makes a slow and steady clicking sound, it doesn't whirrrrr like I remember it used to. I've checked the fuses -- all good. I've checked the tip-over sensor -- it's good. Replaced battery and made sure it was fully charged. Bike does crank if you short the starting relay with a screw-driver or if you feed 12v to it's leads.
