Ok i am gonna take my ****** one off and check it out. Worst case is 60 quid for a new one you say. Thats pants, but the cleaner at work showed me her bra today. She is old and fat but it was ok.

430miles, that's a lot Bad Boy :scared
the most I ever did in one day was 530miles from Bern to Brussels (not taking the fastest route, I still wanted to enjoy the curvy Vosges a bit).
That was on the Raptor, and the last hours I had to get off once in a while to stretch my stiff and painful limbs in a parking lot :laugh The truck drivers gave me funny looks as I was stretched out nearly K.O. on some bench, helmet on and all :lol
I'm sure it would be much more comfortable on the RSV, but still, good on ya ! :thumbup

Best day out for years :thumbup, its what its all about.. getting out there and riding , a few stops a drink and talk aprilias . Roll on spring an summer :thumbup

lastyear to mugello and back I did 1900 miles on the mille, with no aches or pains. One day we did 675 in one hit, tho it took 12 hours and 8 cans of red bull!! Thankfully germany this year is only 500 miles there and 500back, plus a few extra twisty miles no doubt!! cant wait
he he, on the autobahns in Germany we did 400 miles in 4 hours ..AND that included 4 fuel stops of about 10 -15 mins each, so you can work the average speed!!!.

I was lucky enough to ride my Millie on a John O'Groats to Lands End ride a few months ago now. We covered just short of 1700 miles in three days including riding J'OGroats to Lands End in one day 
847 miles, 16 1/4 hours. A fantastic challenge and thoroughly enjoyable :bigok
CK might be a possibility that i'm off to the Sachenring also, depends on commitments

Pumpkin, I was in Ostend last year, not intentionally though, coming back from Assen WSBK, I missed the turning on the E40 towards Calais and took the A10 straight in Ostend. I heard it's quite a common mistake h. Quite funny at the time as i had about 10 others behind me some of whom i didn't even know. Still we had a brief tour of Ostend :roll

leggs mate Join us!, we will be in Zebrugge on the friday beforethe race, doing the twisty route to Aue(20 kms from track) stay three nights then 14th July in belgium o/n at bikers loft hotel, before return.
Pumpkin, its a great hotel to stay for the night, park inside, good bar and food and loadsa bikers(its a great set up). so far there is seven of us going, including Badboy off this forum.Which makes 3 or a poss 4 rsv's.

ceertainly will do Leggs matey. I can say for sur ethat well will deffo be at the bike loft hotel the night of monday14th July.
