Went on my first RSVzone rideout today :thumbup (first of many to come hopefully) and met some great guys. Myself and a couple of others are still new to these V-twins so are still learning them but the other lads kept to a good pace for us, especially with the ****** weather etc.

Got some pics

snow! eeek!
nice to meet you matey, guess it will be us northern lot who do the longer run next time.

Just out of interest, from you V-twin vets who were out yesterday, what did you think of the pace as compared to your normal rideouts :O as I had no idea what speed we were doing as my speedo wasn't working again due to water ingress to the sensor on the rear brake caliper :mad1

personally I thought it was just about right, and a big thanks to Graham for leading me down through the speed traps as I would have been fcuked...we were going through a 50 zone @50 and I thought it felt like 30mph. These bikes are very deceptive on actual speed after being used to screaming engines on the inline 4's :pirate

Hello chaps, was a good day yesterday, nice to meet you all.I think i did about 430 miles total(f**kin cold on the way home)but i enjoyed it,got home about 6.30,look forward to the next one.
cheers boys.:thumbup:thumbup

bit slower than I'm used to Spoker me ole mate, but it wont take you long to get up to speed on the mille, speedo or no speedo!.
Badboy mate, glad you made it home in one piece, seems like its colder down south than up here (for once).
