New v4 T pic ?????????

Upon further perusal (and no Scotch added), it's starting to grow on me a little. I still think that it looks like it has huge shoulders and a little scrawny rear. I'll have to see one in person to appreciate it. At least that picture doesn't have that hideously ugly stock exhaust that the RSV4 has!!

I've had this image on my computer for at least 6 months and, as I recall, it is a non-company, computer generated image of what this bike is supposed to look like.

It's not bad.

Of course, for some, anything different is a threat. Frankly, I'll just wait and see, but I just finished 5 years with a V-4 and, though it will not have this horsepower, was not what I wanted next.

Like others above, I currently delight in a very slim V-twin with gobs of low end torque and with a good top-end. I am so-o-o pleased with my selection, save for the silly things Aprilia has overlooked compared to Honda. --But, no one as yet can build the total package with reliability of Honda.

I don't want a Honda right now . . .

I blast by traffic and accelerate with a light, narrow missile that shows no indication that it will bore me.

The new bike will be a feather for Aprilia and have its followers; maybe even me. But let others smooth out the first gen since I only have less than a year on this mount. And, the first gen Tuono has it's points that no other can duplicate as well. Like Chunky says, few he knows that own it would be itching for a switch. We are a thoughtful lot, us Tuono owners.

I'm still on my honeymoon!

I have to agree with jonny, I don't want a v4.
I have done the 4's had a triple or two and plenty of singles but the T is my 1st twin... And I frikkin love it!
I may still be on my 'honeymoon' period but I have yet to go out on the T and not develope a stupid grin from ear to ear :)
So irrespective of looks or power I'll not be changing my T anytime soon... Well maybe for a plusher suspended factory (not a fan of the gold frame but nobist your colour scheme rocks!)

May I add if I'm ever out with the misses and we meet any of you guys, you will remember me stating what a lovely figure the wife has and she definitely don't have a fat arse... Thanks
