That was another optoon I hade good reports on & have meant to try but not got around to yet.

I found the 014's to be great, sticky as a stick, and wore ok for what they cost. Switched to QII's, very similar, better in the wet.
Currently on sportsmarts, done a few K on them, and the rear is just starting to loose it's profile. Going to fit a roadsmartII shortly, to see the front out.

Hi Bob
Its BT016's on mine (not pro model) too early to tell but on the falco they were real sticky, but fast wearing. Would imagine 014's will be even stickier so no excuses. By the way Had a eureka moment with the digigear. Truth will tell on the road.

changing my back tyre over the next few weeks and would welcome suggestions currently fitted with Dunlop D208rr but thinking of putting a qualifier on D209RR for a bit more wear!

Consider a sportsmart??, should work well with your 208/209 front, and will last ages longer too.
Providing you're not doing many trackdays, I'm told the roadsmart is a good choice and very nearly as sticky as the sportsmart, but with 50% more milage..

Brooksy, keep me posted on performance / mileage as I will be replacing my rear soon.

Great tyre really grippy I had them on my olg gixxer.:thumbup. **** wear though was through it in around 2k miles... Think on a T wont be much better..:thumbdown

Thanks for the updates guys, 100 miles done already last week on a run down the A7 to Galashiels and back. Thats the tyres broken. Will update the thread later with wear rates.
A7.....got to be one of the best roads about. Edinburgh bypass to Carlisle, you know you want to.:yes

Had roadsmarts on the kwak 636 and loved them, sticky tyre all the way to the edges.
014's wore down too quick

Done well there Brooksy, getting a leg over as well as a tyre.

Nothing finer than a bit of al-fresco.
