new to site

True true :yes

And.. there are good times, a new one piece suit and trackdays ahead :devious

Suddenly realised after my last post that since I've had my RSVR we've been in the grotty weather season. I haven't yet been out when you can just take it for granted that the road won't be covered in slimy wet leaves just around the next corner.

Being an optimist I noticed that the nights are already starting to start a little later! I am SO looking forward to some dry, salt free roads to really enjoy the bike!

Heard the first rumour today that's it going to be a hot summer! Probably untrue but don't care, just want mild with dry roads........ easily pleased!

Hi all

Been following the site for the last couple of weeks, and have just registered. After riding 4 cylinder sports bikes for the last 12 years i decided to have a change, and i too have just bought an new RSV with the akro's from Taz :biggrin. i'm not sure if i'm missing somthing but why won't you be riding your new bike untill march. don't you just wash it when you get home. i intend to use this time of year to do some sensible miles to get the new toy run in so that when the good weather gets here it ready for some serious riding. both my ZX7R & ZX9R where both bought new, ridden all year washed when finished and were both sold after 6 years still looking like they had only just had the plates fitted. from what i have seen and read on here, build quality appears to be up to the job, i hope.
