Well cant wait untill 2morrow, going to sort the paper work out for the new RSVR.
but now managed to get an new 07 bike in black, and the dealer is throwing in aprilia Akropovic cans and is going to set it all up.
Well pleased as i am now getting cans and an 07 instead of 06 with no cans for an extra £300, me think thats a good deal .

Got back from Peterbourgh after looking at the new bike.
Looks good and the cans are cool, just got to hope the wait until March 1st doesnt drag to much.
Bring on the sun
 
Good deal :devious it must feel like xmas again for you , March 1st you say... mmmmm thats going to be quite a wait and many sleepless nights not knowing how much fun you will be having when you get it .

Was that Taz Motorcycles ? I was there a couple of months back looking at a second hand Mille and they had that deal on then on the new ones. You got a great buy there Barnzee

U are right march does seem along way off but it will be worth the wait.
It was Taz motorcycles, first time i have been there, they seem to be a good bunch, they had alot of second hand rsv's and a few Rs 50's which caught the eye of my eldest !!!
 
My eldest is after an RS50 too mate. He is 14 in jan and looking for a bike to work on and learn a bit before he can put it on the road. I did exactly the same at his age with an old RD50!
Hope all goes well with the new Aprilia. You wont be sorry, these bikes are sooooo much fun.

On the bright side barnzee, can you imagine have your new bike sat in the garage while you look out at the current weather?? Hopefully we'll be getting plenty of dry roads by the time you get the bike!

But at least we HAVE ridden ours. Can't think of anything worse than having a new bike in the garage that you can't put miles on because of the weather. It's bad enough now sitting here listening to the wind howl outside and looking at greasy roads :banghead
