New steed

Aye pc, I've every intention of hooking up with yer hoon at some point during your weekend. Might even be able to convince slayer and maddot to join us, maybe even get some Tuonoless Nob tae join in anall. :thumbup

Aye, be a good crack I reckon. I'm not on the other channel, I snoop occasionally, and see Nob has gone KTM route. At least he's enjoying and still riding :thumbup

:lol I will let you tell him that A. Not yet though , the poor lad's struggling enough parting with the T

I can see you are doing some investigations mr B.

I looked at those racks, nice and compact.

My brother used to have a Montessa Cota many years ago, it was a fun bike.

I had an old Ossa twin shock when stationed at Episkopi Garrison in Cyprus and that was great fun playing around in 'Death Valley' just 100 metres away from my room.

Nice DRZ! Will the tyres be ok for offroading?

Hawes/Leyburn, are about an hour away for me. I'd be interested in a bit of laning if there is a get together.

Around my way Cowm Quarry hold enduro practise days. He sets out a 5 mile loop and for £25 you can go round all day. Being partly based at a disused quarry, its doesnt too boggy either. Next one is 1 December.

Thanks, the tyres aren't aggressive enough for muddy going, but I need to do a fair bit of winter road riding on it too so need a compromise . I will see how I get go.

Will keep you informed if there's a meet up, I'm sure there will be, OT seems well into the green lane days out and his group leading skill out on the T are legendary, so we won't get lost :thumbup

Earlier in the day, he fell off when he got a bit wobbly on a rut, right in front of me.

I nearly ran him over.
