The Scots History is Long and proud, but when it come to fisty cuffs I am afraid they are not far behind the Italians and the French when it comes to wins,,,in fact i would go as far as saying that the Welsh could put up a better fight than the Auld Enemy,,, never mind they at least know how to celebrate new year.

Scotland has got some of the most Bueatiful scenery in the whole world, and it is one of my must do's to tour Scotland on my Tuono,,riding up the east coast around the top, then down the dramatic west coast.

Welcome to you and a quick word of warning, someone else mentioned HD's & Buell's as being agricultural and Shvl got quite upset. So, if you think they are like tractors then that's fine by me, but Shvl, he loves them................ F...King tractors.

Shvl, over here in Scotland and the rest of the UK those who ride HD's & Buells are wanna be yanks and the roads, not really suitable, as you know, for slow moving agricultural vehicles. ... F..king farmers, hillbillies get awf our roads. leave them free for the T's.

Bloody Scottish! You've just upset a few here. Me, born in the 5th country of the UK .... Northumberland... I would rather stand with my Scottish Bretheren any day, than the treacherous English.

When England is flooded out, you'll all be moving north to higher ground to keep dry........ Flooding.

Oh! and I have to stand by my family.... All Scottish!

I too have relatives in Scotland, and each time I vissi the highlands am always made welcome. I agree with ozzie about who I'd stand with.:thumbup
Les, have you seen Shvl? Thought not.:rolleyes

I'll agree to a certain extent in regards to the shovel being made for straighter roads, but I take exception to the Buell being dissed. I had my lil
XB9S into the twisties up in the mountains, and while she was no where near as fast as the T in a straight line, she was AWESOME through the corners. If you haven't ever ridden one, then I think that you should defer to those that have. In fact, it was you Brits that picked the Buell as the best cornering bike going, after testing corner speed on several different "top handling" bikes. And yes, I am taking into account the source of the diatribe, grin...

Shvl, ya reet man!, The Buell is great on cornering and it looks quirky but the problem is that lump of outdated heavy metal in the middle they call an engine. Drop one from a T in to it and then you have the perfect bike but I doubt it would fit.

I've already got the perfect bike. IMHO the T is a real world world bike for every situation. If you want a fast straight line bike buy one. If you want a tourer buy one. If you want a big trailly buy one. If you want a cruiser buy one BUT if you could only own one bike what would it be? I wouldn't swap my T for anything.
