:doug Great feeling eh?

Ahhhh yeah!!

Its crazy, i diddent lean over anymore, diddent go faster, went out for a ride after reading carl fogerty's book and as he puts it, "get that bowling ball off!" stuck my head the other side of the mirror and kapow she was down! never realised how much more it is upper body movement than anything else! :doug:doug

Roll on next summer!

pick my new(ish) bike up wednesday too.... can you guess what it is?

From the first picture looks like you have a R1100S in the stable as well.:thumbup

Spot on! It's my dads, he used to do Swindon to oxford everyday, couldent have picked a better bike to do it on IMO, 40,000 in a year and never skipped a beat! I live riding it, it's so smooth on the power and just all out fun to ride!

Ollie

Hear what you say about being good fun but not in the same way as an RSV is fun.

Is your dad/you aware of the Boxertrix.com website. As with this site there is loads of excellent info available. Not a pipe or slippers in sight. Well, not to many anyway:roll

Yeah I know what you meen, fun in a weired way...

I definatley have never heard of the site but I'll pass on the message!

First clue to new bike... It's ORANGE...

Noo.. I've got thevrsv for the job either of those do and + I don't really like the look of those rc8's..

It's a KTM 525 exc in supermoto trim, not replacing the rsv just another one for the stable!

Cheers Ollie..

If its orange its got to be a ktm, right:dunno

or a INS hodgson rep ducati from yesteryear

Just seen your last thread, Very nice for clowning around on during the winter. :thumbup

EXACTLY!! went for a ride sat on the rsv and trying to get even reasonable temerature into tires this time of year is pointless... and by that time i'm cold!!
