Come on Guys, live and let live, can you believe that some people hate noisy Bikes

Its an age related thing, as long as they dont cause a problem on the road let tham have the Spoilers/ Stereo / Whatever. Is it any worse than pimping up your Bike ?

Fraid i don't do simple, i leave that to all the **** car drivers who think they'll ace they're fuel consumption by doing 55mph in the inside lane, (if your lucky), and the other muppets in trucks who think they can't ease of the gas for 2 secs to let the faster truck past, and yes, i do ease off when needed, but then i'm not gonna sit behind another wagon who has to slow to 40mph going uphill, then speed back up once up the hill as i'm along side him/her, as i know that at the next hill, i'll have enuff to clear him to get past.:doug:nana

Driving a truck is a great teacher as to how to get the very best from what you have under your right foot and far how ahead you can plan for. When every rev counts, when you can tell the exact sound of the engine when you are part way between almost needing to drop a gear but can't because it may just start to pick up again, and you are concentrating on making the best time you can because you become so accustomed to how long it takes to get from the last set of services to home at as constant a 56mph as you can manage.........holding up the middle laners is the least of your concerns :nana

Went for a blast yesterday with my mates as the weather was mint. was about 5 miles from home in a 30 limit when i caught up to 2 muppets in a seat leon. He tried to overtake 3 times to get away from me in the 30 limit (which has solid double white lines)once on a blind bend! nearly having a head on:jack. Do they really think that they can out run/accelerate you? It not as if they are driving a supercar/sports car.

If i was the police i would stop every halfords hero pimp car and crush them!!

Oh dear God!
I thought we were the only country with those sort of idiots! The mindlessness that prevails here, I thought, must be here and nowhere else simply because the world has not done itself in. Europe and the UK has more stingent requirements to be let loose on public roads than America. Here, it is the equivilant of a "Mirror Check", (does it fog? Ok, then....) I had hopes the Uk at least would show us the way! I am thoroughly depressed!
