it's not so much bad fuel mileage as the light coming on too early. My light ussually cuts on around 100 miles, but I can go another 50 -70 with the light on. If I fill up as soon as the light cuts on it only hold like 3 gallons

I'm looking to pick up a 07 or newer Tuono and while mpg doesn't concern me much, fuel range does and it seems to be all over the place. 75-100 miles and the light comes on. 25-50 miles later the tank it dry.

This thread has me wondering if the T will work for me? :dunno

There are places I ride where fuel is 75-100+ miles apart. Which means I'd have to plan carefully and at times top off with just a gallon or so. If I missed one, I might well not make it to the next stop. I had VTR SuperHawk back in '97 that had similar range. Ran out a couple times cross the border up in BC and Alberta. Don't want to do that again.:no
