I had a pass to go out on the T today and last weekend. Wandered down to the garage and it was so friggin' cold and miserable I just couldn't be arsed.

Been getting my two wheeled fix on the mountain bike - the upside of this ***** cold weather is that the trails are frozen hard and riding as fast as summer. Small mercies and all that.....

aka - where to go mountain biking mate, i go over to ashton court & failand - awesom

Yeah mate, Ashton Court, Leigh Woods, 50 Acre Wood, Plantation etc..... Been riding there since the early 90's, still a proper muppet offroad but I enjoy it. Also head down to the Mendips and Quantocks sometimes, the 'tocks especially - awesome riding.

Me and Windymiller offf here hook up sometimes for a thrash round the local trails, give us a shout if you fancy joining us.

newelly, pies and ale (and curry and cakes and wine and spirits and takeaways and assorted lard products) have played a big part in my adult life. If I hadn't discovered the joys of thrashing a mountain bike around the trails and grunting up mendip climbs on the road bike I probably wouldn't ride a Tuono or any other kind of motorbike - I wouldn't be able to fit through the door to get out to the garage :thumbup

building & plastering keeps me fit enough but thinking of goin back to my roots and buying a beta rev 3 trials bike & joining local trials riding club :thumbup

Same situation as you Rico , only I need a proper floor .
I have bought a 10x10 metal shed to start with. It`s been waiting to be erected since Nov.

Sheds much better than usin yer back lobby fur a garage Hec min, yon bike still blockin the back door?

Yes , it`s still there . I had to drag it over a bit as I started it .
The kitchen, well that side was filling up with smoke (oil based protection all over it) so had windows and the DOOR open

This is a picture of the GSX600F I am renovating and the back (side) door. I had to get it on wheels before I could get the triple in.
And NO it`s not my kilt lol , it`s the dogs coat

The only things I'd change would be heated grips, a gel seat with more grippy material, and a bigger tank ... the rest of the bike is just about perfect for me ... it's got enough power to get me into all of the trouble I need, although having said that, a supercharger would be the coolest mod ever
