Also have the option of an Ohlins damper at Â£100 which i may take him up on and do a combined deal.

HAd the 4 pads on the 916 racebike back in the day and they were superb

They look the same caliper as the radials on the 07 on bikes (which are 4 pad).

I actually prefer the type on the Tuoldo - just as powerful but more progressive IMHO. I find the brakes on the later Tuono's a little "grabby" compared to the non-radial caliper type.

At Â£50 you aren't going to lose any money on them - but the steering damper is a good buy anywhere under Â£100. Best price I ever saw new was Â£279.
