COUNTY DURHAM
had my first proper run out on the Stelvio today :thumbup
met up with GF and headed up to Carter Bar and Kielder with a good mix of A and B roads :yes
started off a bit shaky after nearly dropping it in the garage  but soon got into the swing of things and boy did I enjoy it :banana a T it aint but it still put a grin on my coupon :yes
still a bit iffy on slow handling but that will come soon enough however it has excellent low down grunt, can push on when required, handles great in the twisties, the brakes are **** hot , returned around 44mpg, excellent riding position and best of all no aches and pains :D

Good effort Mr B, good to see you chose a nice calm day to take the new toy out!
44 mpg, bet you've not seen those figures since you sold your deauville?!

Glad you like it B. Love the matching helmet :)

Gotta be careful with those heavy high COG bikes when you're parking and doing U'ies.

How does she sound by the way?

It's gonna be like riding with Ewan McGregor and Charlie Boorman with you two on the next run out. Glad you're enjoying it though Mr B.
